Terms of Sale

A written quote is firm for thirty days and does not move unless you change the brief. Prices shown on this site are for the piece as photographed and do not include tax or shipping.

Single pieces are paid in full when the quote is accepted. Commissions are 50% to start and the balance once you have seen the finished photographs, before it ships. Trade orders are paid in full before the order goes on the bench — we do not offer credit terms.

We accept card, ACH and cheque. Sales tax is added where applicable.

You can change or cancel a stock order at no cost until it goes on the bench. After that, and on any commission where cutting has started, the deposit covers the work already done.

Wholesale accounts require a valid resale certificate. We do not supply marketplace-only resellers, and we do not supply accounts that advertise below MSRP — it damages every other stockist on the list.
