Privacy
We are a workshop, not a data business. The short version: we keep what we need to build and ship your order, and nothing else.
What we collect
What you type into an enquiry form — your name, email, phone, company if you give one, and your message — plus the pieces you added to a quote request. That is it.
The pieces you add to a quote request are stored in your own browser so the list survives a refresh. They stay on your device until you send the request or clear them.
What we do with it
We answer your enquiry, quote the work, and if you order, we build and ship it. We do not sell or rent anything to anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a price.
Getting it deleted
Email us and ask. We will delete your enquiry and contact details, keeping only what tax law requires us to keep on a completed sale.
